Falcon Bash Invitational Volleyball Tournament 2025: A Thrilling Start to a New Tradition

Friday night at West Henderson High School volleyball kicked off the exciting 1st Annual Falcon Bash Invitational Volleyball Tournament 2025. Seven talented teams – Ashe County, Brevard, Cherokee, Enka, Hickory, North Iredell, and West Henderson – filled the newly renovated gyms with energy, determination, and incredible plays. As an avid fan and photographer, I had the privilege of capturing each of these teams in action on Day 1, and the athleticism and spirit on display made for an unforgettable experience.

Watching so many dedicated young women compete at such a high level was inspiring. From the opening serve to the final rally of the night, the Falcon Bash Invitational showcased teamwork, grit, and skill from amazing athletes from across the region. The atmosphere was electric as the stands filled with cheering fans and parents supporting their schools.

Now, the stage is set for Day 2 at West Henderson High School, where the tournament heats up even more. Saturday promises to be packed with exciting matches, culminating in the very first Falcon Bash Invitational champion being crowned after the 3:30 PM Gold Finals.

12:00 PM – Cherokee vs Hickory
1:30 PM – Gold Semifinal
2:30 PM – Gold Semifinal
3:30 PM – Gold Finals

9:00 AM – Hickory vs Ashe County
10:00 AM – Brevard vs Enka
11:00 AM – Ashe County vs Brevard
1:30 PM – Silver Pool Play
2:30 PM – Silver Pool Play
3:30 PM – Silver Pool Play

With the top 4 teams advancing to the Gold Playoffs and the remaining 3 battling it out in the Silver Pool, every set and every point will matter. The competition is fierce, and the opportunity to be crowned the first Falcon Bash Invitational Volleyball Tournament champion is on the line.
