I have never been to a West Henderson – Polk County volleyball game that wasn’t a classic. These are perennially two of the best teams in Western North Carolina, and they alway show up for each other. Tonight was absolutely no exception. It was a thrilling 3-0 game where every point was contested with no dull points. These ladies came to play!
Although the Falcons did get the victory, each set was a battle that had the large crown on the edge of their seat and standing up and cheering for every earned point. I absolutely love watching these two teams play. There’s so much connection between the teams, coaches, and players, and they always come ready to battle. They’re friends off the court, but during the match they play hard and want to win. Congratulations to both teams on an amazing game. It was extremely entertaining and a lot of fun to be at. I hope you enjoy these pictures. I can’t wait to see how far you all go this season.
