Two incredible volleyball teams faced off on Tuesday evening in Brevard. The Brevard Blue Devils hosted the Polk Wolverines in what was in my mind the game of the season. Each team came into the night undefeated in conference play. Polk was also undefeated in overall play, with Brevard only losing 2 games in tournament play. The teams are led by incredible players and seniors and their incredible coaches.
I have had this game circled on my calendar for months! I knew it would be so exciting, and, boy, was I right.
In the end, the Blue Devils had the upper hand, winning three very close sets (25-15, 26-24, 22-25, 25-20). The gym was rocking, and the game was so exciting.
